The tea set. The author of the project Wilhelm Wagenfeld (1900-1990), German designer of worldwide importance. One of the most successful examples of Wagenfeld´s collaboration with Jenaer Glaswerke Schott & Gen. is this tea set of 1931. Marked Jenaer Glas Tefla.

 

 

 

 

The tea service for six persons made of laboratory glass PALEX of the year 1931. Marked PALEX DP (cooperative work). The author of the project Ladislav Sutnar (1897-1976), the founder of Czech design, powerful representative of the living style of the thirtieth. Since 1939 he worked in the US.

 

 

 

 

Glass MUG made of technical glass, author of the deisgn ilhelm Wagenfeld (1900-1990), marked JENAER GLAS Soser, height 8cm, around 1935.

 

 

 

Carafe with blasted recutted plug, 2 cups with saucers. Everything decorated with optical ribbing and doubled red lines. Produced by Ceskomoravska sklarna Vsetin (earlier R.Reich) from laboratorial glass R-ULTRADUR, that was brought to market in 1937. The production finished during the occupation, after war it was never restored.

 

 

 

 

Set of 6 teecups with saucers, signed JENAERFEST, SAALE-GLAS, GERMANY. The producer SCHOTT & GEN.,JENA is named on the package. Height of the cup 5 cm.
